First time buyers, retiree’s, investors, and everyone in between – it's my passion! I've lived in many neighborhoods in the Vancouver/Lower Mainland area since 1972, having spent my early childhood on Vancouver Island (a delightful place to grow up!)

My mission statement is – STRENGTH, CLARITY, TRUST - and my goal is to provide my clients with the knowledge and information they need to make informed decisions, in order that they may achieve their goals.

For some, that means finding a way into that first home, moving to a bigger home, and for others it’s downsizing for the next chapter in their lives.
